You can use that same concept for any row or column. Now, I'll go to the Home tab, then to the Cells group, click the down arrow under Format, and follow it down to Hide & Unhide, then choose Unhide Columns: You can also just go up into the Nam Box and type F1 in and when you hit Enter, your cursor will now be in cell F1. When I hit OK, you'll see by the Name Box that my cursor is now in cell F1: So, I'll hit my F5 key which brings up the Go To dialog box and enter cell F1 to choose a cell in that column: By the chart I have, I can see that's in column F. Having it back to collapsed, I want to be able to display the Actual values only for May.
